Maintenance

Safety and a friendly service are very important to us. The coaches are clean, modern and maintained to a high standard, each coach is fully seat belted. Our drivers are fully police vetted and all our staff are polite and smart, their aim is to make your journey with us as pleasant as possible.

The workshop procedures that we operate at Morse Coaches are a consistent daily and monthly programme of checks and vehicle servicing to all our fleet.  All vehicles are checked and serviced from tyres including the interiors.  The daily checks are carried out by the driver before departure.  Any minor defects found are reported to the fitter for repair and clearance.  Any serious defects which cannot be repaired immediately, then the vehicle is declared unfit for use and taken off the road until the problem has been rectified.  All maintenance is carried out inhouse and records are kept on file for a period of 2 years.  These are available for inspection by VOSA on demand.  For peace of mind, we also operate an inspection maintenance journal which is completed daily by our maintenance team.  We believe that prevention is better than the cure.
